We worked with the International SOS/Corporate Medical Advisors, the world’s leading medical and security services company, to develop a bespoke safety plan with advanced, hospital grade cleaning measures and state-of-the-art sanitization equipment so that you can enjoy an unforgettable experience with peace of mind.

Precautionary measures will be seen around the hotel to ensure your wellness, including markers to indicate safe distancing, sanitization systems in high-traffic areas, elevated cleaning measures, and the utilization of the environmentally responsible and ultramodern technology.

Contactless Check-In

You can now utilize contactless check-in and check-out, and any special requests to the dedicated concierge team can be made via text messaging to limit contact. Final folios will be sent via email. 

ARRIVAL PROCEDURES

Valet parking will now be ticketless, and car seats, wheels, and gear shifts will be covered in plastic wrapping for the duration of your stay. Bellmen will sanitize all luggage using a UV machine, and all carts will be sanitized after every use. Doors will be propped open to ensure contactless entry and exit, masks will be available prior to entering the hotel, and a digital guestroom orientation will now be available.

ADVANCED CLEANING TECHNOLOGY AND SOLUTIONS

New sanitary measures have been put in place including Xenex UV Robots that will be deployed in public restrooms, elevators, kitchens, meeting rooms, and used to disinfect luggage. Once a housekeeper completes cleaning, this germ zapping device, confirmed effective against SARS-COV-2, will be the last visitor in the guest room. Emist electrostatic disinfectant sprayers that are eight times more effective than using typical spraying devices will be used in all guest rooms and public areas. The environmentally responsible LEED and Green Seal approved cleaner and disinfectant, Pathosans, will also be used to effectively destroy pathogens.

IN-ROOM ALEXA AND IPAD TECHNOLOGY

Our in-room technology gives you access to everything you need, right at your fingertips. Ask Alexa to open the curtains or turn off the lights for a hands-free experience. Order in-room dining or work remotely with our iPads for seamless interactivity.

SOCIALLY-DISTANCED OUTDOOR DINING

The al-fresco dining hotspot, The Rooftop by JG is now open following an enhancement renovation including the installation of a shade trellis over the rooftop to further improve your experience. The Rooftop by JG will now open daily for breakfast from 8am to 11am, lunch from 11am to 3pm and dinner from 5pm to 10pm. Socially-distanced seating is available at the rooftop lounge area and restaurant only as the bar remains closed, with reservations required for all guests. The restaurant will be capped at a reduced capacity, including a maximum of six guests per table. Person-to-person contact will be limited through pay at table technology and QR codes for menu viewing.

HILTON CLEANSTAY WITH LYSOL PROTECTION

Created in collaboration with Lysol and Dettol maker RB and Mayo Clinic Hilton’s CleanStay with Lysol protection protocols incorporate hygiene standards such as: the CleanStay room seal to indicate a guest room has not been accessed since being cleaned, extra disinfection of high-touch areas in rooms, guest accessible disinfecting Lysol wipes, enhanced cleaning for fitness centers, reduced paper amenities, contactless check-in and check-out, markers to indicate safe distancing, boosted cleaning frequency of public areas and disinfecting in high-traffic areas.
